This document describe the terms and conditions of a general nature that are applicable to the use of those contents or services available under the domain and subdomains of www.snmpe.org.pe and www.cursosyeventossnmpe.org.pe.

The main purpose of this site is to provide services via Internet and information services that the National Mining, Petroleum and Energy Society provides to their customers (members and non-members).

When the user accesses the website or when you review the information that is contained in it, recognizes not only has read, but has also understood and accepted the terms and general conditions which are set below.

The National Mining, Petroleum and Energy Society, hereinafter SNMPE, is a business organization established as a nonprofit civil association, associating legal entities related with mining, oil and electricity activities, with the main purposes as: (i). Promote the development of mining, oil and electricity activities, and its secondary activities and services, through sustainable use of natural resources, contributing to environmental conservation and social development; (ii). Promote investment in these productive sectors to generate economic and financial resources that the Nation requires; and (iii) Develop educational and cultural activities in relation to these productive activities.

Access and use of this website or any recommended page is under the user's own risk, so the SNMPE assumes no liability for such connection. The owner of the website reserves the right to remove, at its own will, any reference or content.

When the user accesses the website, he also agrees to comply with the guidelines or established recommendations of the other pages that can access from a reference or link content on the website of the SNMPE.

Processing Payments Electronically

When you make an online payment, the payment details are processed through a payment gateway secure server of the company that manages the payment method used.

The SNMPE will retain your email address and other personal information in a secure environment, and only will use them for the processing of any service or, if you chose, to send you additional communications. The SNMPE does not transmit this information to third parties in any form and under any circumstances.

Personal Data Protection Policy

In accordance with Law Nº 29733, Law of Personal Data Protection, the user accessing to those contents and services available under the domain and subdomains of www.snmpe.org.pe and www.cursosyeventossnmpe.org.pe consents for the treatment of personal data that are provided through data entry forms or by any means, from the time of admission or using the portal.

Likewise, the user is aware, consents and accepts that the SNMPE may assign these data to third parties for the purposes set forth below: Incorporation in the contact database of the institution, use for monitoring the registration process, corporate communications, for statistical, institutional and administrative purposes; and they will remain as they are necessary to offer and provide institutional services and process them.

Users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, opposition and cancellation of personal data by sending a communication to the contact channels as detailed in section VII.
